Joseph N. Rubinstein, Registered Representative of H. Beck, Inc., has been an active professional in financial management since 1978 . He started his financial services career managing the assets of high net worth clients and middle market companies for various banks.
After leaving the banking industry he joined DSI Wealth Management in 1987. With DSI he has practiced as an investor, a Personal Financial Consultant and Registered General Securities Principal.
Joe attained a BS in business and an MBA in finance and accounting from Willamette University. As a resident of Upland, CA, he is very involved in the Inland Empire Business Community, the Rotary Club of Ontario, the West End Executives’ Association and the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce. He has received numerous distinctions and citations in the financial services industry and for his community activities.

Having started his career in the financial services industry in 2007 at a large Variable Annuity Company, Chad learned a great deal about both the retail, as well as the wholesaling side of the securities business. During his time there, Chad soon realized he wanted to be on the retail side, working face to face with clients and building strong relationships while helping clients to plan for their futures. In 2009 Chad was instrumental in opening a satellite office for the largest regional firm on the West Coast in Santa Barbara, California as the Operations Manager. Before long, he transitioned into a sales role and it was there that he found his niche.
Chad joined DSI Wealth Management in 2011 holding his FINRA series 6, 63, 65 and 7 securities registrations, as well as a Life Insurance License. He is a personal Financial Advisor working with individuals and families to help them pursue their long and short term financial goals. Chad completed his college education at the University of Colorado, Boulder, while majoring in Economics with a Business emphasis.

Mon Fuentes joined DSI Wealth Management in November 2013 with over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. She was previously the Brokerage Services Supervisor with another Broker/Dealer for 11 years prior to joining DSI Wealth Management. As the Director of Operations, she is responsible for ensuring that the firm runs smoothly and efficiently in relation to administrative, finance, marketing, operations and human resource related functions. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and camping with her husband and their three children.
Vicky joined the DSI team in January of 2018 after an 8-year career as a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker. With years of experience in marketing and client relations, she decided to shift her focus toward the financial industry and has brought her expertise to her administrative position at DSI. Vicky hopes to continue learning the business and eventually obtain her securities registration, while still maintaining her real estate license. She is originally from Argentina but moved to Los Angeles at the young age of 7 and has lived here ever since. She now lives in Hacienda Heights with her husband and loves traveling, reading, and spending time with family.
